Researchers at the University of Washington, Seattle demonstrate that octopuses' arms are capable of making decisions without input from their brains, with more than 350 million of its 500 million neurons in their arms. Google DeepMInd uses a generative adversarial model to generate fictional videos with DVD-GAN.
